Last Day of 1st and 4th Grade

Seriously, it was JUST yesterday
that this little guy was starting
KINDERGARTEN...
Surely it couldn't already be his last
day of elementary school?!?
And the last time for these two
precious souls to be in the same
school until high school???  :(
Almost a SECOND grader???
Even our sweet girl is growing up too fast:(
Can't forget this little (big) guy!!!
He will start school in two more years:(
LOVE LOVE LOVE
Yep, looks like he's ready for intermediate school;)
And this one is ready for ANYthing!!!!!!!!!!!
Sweet girl with gifts for all of her teachers:)

It was a special day for our Sweet Girl!!!
She got some AWESOME awards:)
 LOVE her self portrait...
...and what she wrote for this(:
Mrs. G made these for each student...
such a special year!
A FABULOUS REPORT CARD...all year long!!!
Just another treasure I found in her journal:)
Hadlee is a wonderful writer...
and her teachers this year loved bragging about it!
She is certainly all these things to me...
Just so I'm not leaving Hudson out ~ this was
something Hadlee graded of HIS!
"98% Sorry!  Call me if problems"
Walker also got some awards on the last
day that made us SOOOO proud!!!
Plus his Commended Performance
on all of his STAAR Tests (:
Even a perfect score!
Plus the nicest notes from his sweet teachers ~
 All A's, All Year :)
Let's keep this going.................... (;
We were especially proud and SHOCKED
over the "Perfect Attendance" award.
When Walker was little, he used to catch
everything.  Our doctor told us as Walker got
older that he would end up hardly ever
having to come see him.  He was RIGHT!!!
Walker avoided strep AND a couple of
stomach viruses that ran through our house...
even one the very last week of school!!!

A super sweet note to both Walker and Hadlee
from Mrs. Schafer, their wonderful P.E. teacher...

I just still can't believe 4th grade
has come and gone for my first born:(
Thankfully, God has blessed my family
and me in more ways than I could ever express!
