So Long Second Grade :(

End of year second grade party...
Colton, Walker, Nash
AWWW...makes my day seeing Ryan
wearing his Support Travis shirt:)
Walker loves his school, his teachers,
his class......I am so thankful and wish
it could always be like that!!!
The kids LOVE these bumper things!!!
Walker's class had a toy exchange where
they brought old toys from home and
could "buy" from one another with
tickets they had earned for good behavior.
Walker was SO EXCITED to have
bought this Superman figurine!!!
Best buds...Braden & Walker
Not one single color change during
the second grade!!!
All high A's and wonderful
reports every single time from his teachers.
One.Proud.Mom!!!
Walker's "shopping bag"...
The beautiful and dear Mrs. Donahoo.
She has the sweetest, most soothing voice.
She is the perfect teacher.
Mama lovin' in second grade!!!:)
These are the three guys I picked up from
South Bosque on the very last day of 2nd grade!
Walker won the Principal's Award,
The "Excellent Example" Award, and
a Citizenship Award.  He also had all
99's and one 98 for his year averages.
The 98 was in reading...come on!  The kid
read more AR books than I have read
in my entire life!!!  HA! (He had to
earn 10 points each nine weeks!)
His teachers wrote in his report card,
"Walker has been a super second grader!
He is a leader and has a positive character!
We will miss him next year!"
ALLLLL of this makes this
mama's heart swell with pride!!!!!!!!!!!
Class Pool Party...
The boys!
Such a SUPER second grade class..........
Thankful for these friendships
in Walker's life..........
God knew Walker would need a supportive and
caring class this year.  I remember breaking down
and telling Mrs. Donahoo about Travis the
night she called to tell Walker she was his
new teacher.  It was my first time to ever
talk to this person.  She was so comforting
and kind and told me she would be praying.
Mrs. Donahoo and Mrs. Bain made
second grade so perfect for
my Walker D!!!!!!!

Walker,
Hearing you are a leader and kind
and positive and fun at school
means everything!  You also work your
bootie off on projects and reading
your AR books.  You are a smart,
hard working student
(who already hates homwork though!).

Daddy and I just couldn't be
 prouder of you, son!!!
Congrats on an Awesome
 2nd Grade Year!!!!!!!!!!!
