The 3L's

You may have heard me refer to Walker's "brother from another mother". Well, this is him...Landry Reed or as we like to call him Landry Pierce ~

This may not be the best example (only b/c Walker needed a hair cut), but they really do LOOK alike and ACT alike!!! For one thing, they both go ninety to nothing ~ all the time. And they are obsessed with Lightning McQueen and all of the other CARS! We love Landry Reed as if he really was Landry Pierce!!!

Now, let's move on to Luke. Haddie Girl is SMITTEN with this handsome young man! He & Walker are the same age and they are the best of buds. You just couldn't find a better kid than Luke. With that being said, we hope that he and Hadlee continue their relationship for MANY years to come...


And now, the last (but really the first) of the 3L's...Lauren. This sweet girl is the glue that holds all the Little Hoodies together! She is beautiful and lovely in every way. Her parents tell me that Hadlee reminds them of Lauren at that age sometimes. I hope this continues to be the case as Haddie grows up! "La La" is a BEAUTIFUL blessing to ALL of us!


I could really write a doozy of a post about Robin & Casey, the 3L's parents. Let me just say that there is a perfectly logical reason why the 3L's are so great!

It's a crazy way that we first met Robin & Casey (in fact, in my mind Robin saved Walker's life the first time we met her ~ really!), but that's for a whole other post. The Reeds are like family to us now & I can't imagine our lives without them. They ALL have HUGE hearts of pure gold!!! Casey (the Red Raider) and Troy (the Aggie) are best buds - in fact, we have a nickname for them. We'll just leave that as unspoken though! And Robin...oh my Throbbin' Robin...I think we tell each other everything & anything. We are each other's #1 blogger fans even though we talk, e-mail and pretty much see each other everyday (Troy and Casey were just thrilled when we started yet another way to communicate with each other!). Robin is a beautiful person and friend in so many, many ways. I thank God for her friendship daily.

It's funny because Robin just did a post on her blog about Walker & Landry looking and acting alike ~ all the while I already had this one lined up! Funny stuff ~ yep, Robin & I think alike, too!
