A Groovy Day

Hello, Lamp post, what's ya knowin'? I came to watch your flowers growin.
Kickin' around and feelin' groovy.
La Da La da, La Da La da - Feelin' Groovy...

It's Homecoming week at MHS so everyday is a different dress-up day. Today was the 60's/70's day. I literally pulled out an outfit that my mom wore in the early 70's!!!!

Peace, dudes.

This is Mr. V, my former 7th grade English teacher and now one of my dearest friends.
He is a trip!

I worked with this far out group last year (LOVE them)...

My team of teachers is psychedelic...

Check out my students. They were rockin' out...

I'm outta here, but can't not post pics of the
grooviest little hippie chick I know...

I happen to think she is DY-NO-MITE!!!

It's a groovy kind of love...can you dig it?!?

I gotta split. Peace out.

I love that the teachers participate in the dress up days. Homecoming Week is so much fun. Even at 35 years old I sill get excited about Homecoming.

LOL, that is too funny! I LOVE that outfit you wore, so cute! Looks like such a fun time. I remember all those dress up days in school, our teachers rarely dressed up!

On another note, I ordered Brynne 3dresses from that Etsy store that sells the pillowcase dresses! I am so excited, now I can hardly wait for spring, LOL! I gave them your name incase you get a referral credit or something, ya never know (:
Have a great day!

You are soo funny! I always wanted to be a hippie so bad and only wished I could have lived in the 60's early 70's and enjoyed that time. My dad still calls me a hippie because in HS (the 90's) that was the thing to do.. live up to those times. You looked GROOVY for sure!
