Oh Dad. I love you.
These are difficult days.
Bringing my kids in and praying you
don't say anything you shouldn't
and that you might possibly for even just
a second remember this little girl
that sometimes I thought could take
my place because you loved her so much❤
Feeding you, loving you,
holding your hand.
Entertaining, loving and laughing
with all the other patients....
Waiting until the staff put you to bed
and making sure you were sound asleep.
Praying that you'd stay asleep until morning
when Mother would get there.
Thanking the Lord for any slight
smile or glimpse of the dad you were❤
I asked you to sign an anniversary card
for Mother. You still had your
same handwriting❤❤❤
These words = Truth❤
