Christmas is LOVE

I've always loved this little shopping square.

Some sweet friends hosted a bridal

brunch for me on the day of my wedding

ten years ago at a cafe here.

I always feel a little giddy when I go to

these shops because I remember that

Troy sent sent me a dozen beautiful

red roses to the brunch that morning.

I thought it was so sweet!

I made my own wishes that morning...

In case you are wondering,

most of my wishes that I made that

morning have come true...

Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree

Friday night we stayed home, ate Sonic,
finished the tree, and Daddy built a fire.
Plus the kids got to open one present...
Christmas Pajamas!!!

They immediately put them on

and I rushed for my camera.

Then I had to find my two little reindeer...

They were rockin' around the

Christmas tree of course!

Just a typical photo shoot with my kiddos...

A few Christmas threats later...

I've got the Baby Blues

...Baby Blue WALLS that is!!!

I found me a really cute painter...

and he does excellent work!!!

He even has a sidekick to help him...

I've used the painter and his little

helper once before when I needed

a pretty in pink room...

I thought the painter was so cute

I just had to hire him again!!!

You may have noticed he's got a thing

about not wearing shirts...

he's even been called

"Shirtless Pierce" before!!!

(I think he'd make a HOT baby Daddy!)

Come to think of it, this wasn't his

first baby blue rodeo either!

And also come to think of it,

he is my Baby Daddy!!!

So, we've now said so long to

Troy's maroon Aggie walls!!!

T-Daddy Love is my stud muffin for giving

up his beloved office/daddy play room

where I know that he has some

very special memories with two very

special little people... I have no doubt though that there will be

many more amazing memories happening

in that room before we know it!!!

"I Love Snow Days"

Snow in Central Texas is a BIG deal!

We knew it was on its way this afternoon

and we were ready..................

Walker was SO PUMPED as he headed off to

school this morning. He couldn't wait to

wear his gloves, his big camo coat

and his new winter hat!!!

I LOVE this kid's gusto for life!

The snow storm hit around noon.

Okay, let me be honest...the thirty minutes

of snow flurries.................BUT stttttiiiiiiiiillllllllllllllll!!!

Thankfully, Walker's amazing

first grade teachers
took his class out to play in the snow!

Apparently, Walker loved every second of it...

while my Snow Princess wanted to be out in

it for maybe about three seconds!!!

Like father like son!

Like mother like daughter!

She's just that sweet...

It's amazing what this little girl

is doing to my heart.

She is so excited in the mornings

for her day to start.

The way she stands in our garage

with her gig 'em up while Bubba

and Daddy drive away and she yells

"Love you more dan indy thang!"

is the absolute sweetest.

Haddie Girl,

I love YOU more than anything!!!

Your little life has already changed

mine for the better in so many, many ways.
