Baseball season was SO fun!
This blinged out baseball mama
enjoyed it so much this year...probably
because Walker was enjoying
it more than ever!
I've never loved a baseball player
like I do my #10;)))
Our distant cousin and good buddy,
Mike Markum,
Mike Markum,
was the pitcher for the other team.
Walker Texas Ranger
3 Up, 3 Down
Walker had made all three of the outs
in that one inning! SO EXCITING!!!
Proud of my BOY!!!:)
Our team was so fun and cute
and we loved all of the parents
and coaches. Just a great season
all around. We won some, lost
some, tied some...but almost always
had a good time! :)
Aside from being nervous as all get out,
every single time Walker was at bat...
I just LOVE seeing him in his uniform
in his batting stance. Such a HUNK!
HOMERUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tears of JOY after his first homerun!
God bless his heart! So much passion!
Playing in the dirt at Broughton Field
just like their mommy did for so many years;)
I had a huge crush on the first base
coach for the Rangers this year?!? ;)
Thrills this mama's heart to see my two
big guys out there on the field together!
Walker is FAST!
He gets those long legs moving!;)
He gets those long legs moving!;)
Pep talk from that cute coach...
REALLY into their brother's game.....
Garrett is our sweet friend who suffered
a traumatic brain injury seven years ago
and has become our source of hope
and comfort through all of this with
Travis. He is a BIG TIME HUGE
Ranger fan and so I invited him to
one of Walker's games. He ended up
coming to several of them and we
loved having him there!!!
Especially since Walker almost always
hit a homerun when Gar was there;)
#10 giving a little attention to one of his fans...
Walker, Kullen, Grayson
Walker & Mike
Cutest little Bat Girl EVER!:)
Another win and another talk
from Coach Miller!
Hudson and Kannon after
a game in their matching shirts;)
Garrett has introduced me to the Rangers
and now I'm addicted myself. He loved
that Walker is #10 which is Michael Young's
number on the real Rangers and he's a
great guy and player. We cracked up
when Gar showed up like this!!! :)
According to Walker, it takes three things to get
a homerun: Garrett being there,
red underwear & eye black on his face;)))

The boys were all so sweet to Huds...
Walker either played second base
or left center field. He liked both
positions...just wanted to be at the one
where most of the balls would come to;)
HOMERUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Couldn't believe that I caught this one
right as he crossed home plate!
I think it was a two run homer:)))
Congrats from Coach Miller...
What a lucky day...we happened to have
extra fans there! The Oakleys!!!
AND Aunt Michelle, Uncle Terry & Logan!
It was so fun being on the same team
with the Reeds. I had my blinged out best
baseball mama friend every game, RoRo!
This was the May 14th game which was a CRAZY
day because it was also Haddie's dance recital.
Not only was that Walker's 4th Homerun, but
he also got to pitch for the first time!!!
He did AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He struck out a few and also
caught a line drive hit for the out!
He looked so cute out there on that
pitcher's mound melting his mama's heart!!!
He was SO serious and would
concentrate for so long that Troy
would have to yell at him to pitch the ball! ha!
One of my favorite pics from the season,
walking off the field talking with his
bud Luke Reed! My two favorite Rangers!:)
Hugs & Congrats to the PITCHER
for an AWESOME win & homerun!!!!!!!
