This guy. 

He's my heart.

He's a typical boy in that he doesn't

give me too many details.  I love

when he's in a talkative mood and

does share.  This was one of those days.

I was on the treadmill and he

plopped down just to talk.

I.Loved.It!!!

He was telling me about his upcoming

choir program and how he didn't sign up

for a dancing part.  I was like WHY?!?

He said, "MOM, it might be couple

dancing!  Like with a girl!!!"

HAAAAAAAAAAAA

(same exact reason Kate had given

Kelli for her choir program last month...

maybe they really are meant to be!)

Boy/Girl Dancing?!?  NOOOOOO Way!

This guy loves to play games...

just like his big sister:)

WOW.  Just WOW.

The other day Hudson couldn't wait

to show us his latest drawing.

He presented it to us and said nothing but,

"BIG BOOBS"!!!!!!!!!!!

This led to Hadlee creating

the "Big Boob Project"!!!

Until we put a stop to that;) 

My MAN!!! 

He can cook.

He's hot. 

He's manly. 

 He's mine.

 Future Baller!

 When both kids were finally feeling better,

they knew JUST what they wanted:

BaCoN!

Healthy Kids = Happy Mommy

Some enjoy a Starbucks...

but not me! 

 Give me a McDonald's Coke any day!!! 

And my kids a pancake & some bacon!!!;)

Walker wore his "Support Travis" shirt

to school the other day (this is his third one...

he's gone from a youth medium to youth

large to an adult small now!).

He wore it on the day Travis was having

his wisdom teeth out so I thought it

was a good reminder for us to be praying.

He came home telling me that a sweet

girl asked him for one and some of his

buddies did the next day when he
brought Presli one.  How cool is that?!?

So glad I have a few left!!!

I love that Trav's story carries on & on!!!

Hadlee was SO excited when her name
was drawn to bring home the class
hamster, Angel, for the long weekend:)

So, we just might be the Great

American Cookie Company's best

customers in Waco;) Love the people there!

They are so nice and make us the BEST

cakes!  AND on my last visit, they

had these for the kids:)))

 I love my Sporty Spice:)

She won't let us sign her up for

sports yet, but she sure does look

cute all sporty!!!!!!!

I love my Spiderman Spice, too;)

Coach Pierce

 Walker is having a great season/time

on the Black Panthers!

Especially with his friend from church,

Thomas!  His dad is the coach.  

One night the coach couldn't be

there so he asked Troy to coach!

We were cracking up...Troy has

never played basketball and doesn't

even much like it ~ to play or to watch it!

Coach Pierce did awesome though!!!
(LOVE how WFC prays before every game!)

Other than one time when he was yelling

at a kid to come off the court, and the kid

was already on the bench.  The kid

yelled back, "I'm right here, Coach!"

I love #5 on our team!!!

Little Man just wants a ball to dribble!

And if ONLY this little girl

would LET us sign her up to play...

That's why we gave him a new,

fancy Under Armour Spiderman shirt

the day before for his birthday.

Didn't work though;(

Hudson chose Fuddruckers for his family party

and he decided to wear his new shirt:)

He told me he wanted a Spiderman party

at Janice's and a football party with his family:)

We were all rolling!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This kid is a RIOT!

So sad these are blurry but he got

so excited when he opened CaSH

from Aunt Michelle and Mamaw!

He said YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!

Grandmother & PaPa got him the BLUE

basketball like he wanted and it will

be his VERY OWN;) and a Superman

on a wrecking ball! Wish I had taken its pic!;)

My kids go through quarters like

nobody's business at Fudruckers. 

Last night they kept coming back for more

and running off...finally, I realized what

they were buying out of the machines...

little "shot glasses"!!!!!!!!!

They were NFL SHOT GLASSES?

And they were trying to get a Cowboys one!

They hadn't a clue how funny this was;)

You just can't help but love

this little guy so much!!!

But NOBODY loves him like

his Mommy and Daddy does...

baby boy!  You not only bless my life

more than I could ever have imagined...

but also the lives of your ENTIRE family.

Hudson Jack, you came as such a surprise

to our little family of four.  THE best surprise

of our lives though.  You were six months

old when Travis was in his car accident.

Mommy's heart had never ever been so

broken or scared.  Our entire family

was devasted...but we had such a bright

spot that no matter how hurt, broken

or scared we were, we could look

at sweet little you and know that God

was in control!  It was most clear

to me a day or so after Trav's accident

on one early morning when I was

standing in the kitchen balling my eyes

out trying to get myself together

to just make ya'll some breakfast.

I looked over at you...sitting in

our white wooden high chair.

You were smiling, giggling and

kicking your precious little feet.

My tears dried up and I just smiled.

Deep within my heart, I felt such

peace and joy.  I knew right then

and there why God had surprised

us with you.  He knew we would

need you to get us through

such a time as that.  Today, I see

how I needed you then and how I

need you every single day of my life!

You are LOVE, pure LOVE.

God's pure LoVE.
