SUPER Baby Miracles

Kelli G had her perfect & precious
little miracle babies on November 9, 2010!
What a BRIGHT and BEAUTIFUL
JOY in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Henry Duncan (Hank) and
Ellen Marguerite (Ella)
arrived on my Dad's birthday.
All during the pregancy Kelli said she was
going to name the babies after my parents
(Harold & LaVaughn)... ;)
I thought it would have even been more
special since it was my dad's birthday???
Oh well, I guess Hank & Ella
are pretty cute names!  ;)
I drove to Ft. Worth the day after they
were born to see my best friend's sweet little
loves.  And of course I wanted to love on
my Kate Kate...the SUPER Big Sis!
I thought Ella looked a bit like
Aunt Jemima here!  ;)
I was SO happy that Kelli had a baby
boy, too!  Such a blessing to experience
both a girl and a boy!  I think everyone
woman needs her a little baby boy!
Hank weighed 6'13" and
Ella weighed 6'12"!
Kelli was a ROCK STAR mama
carrying these babies!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are just so perfect and precious...
I immediately fell in L-O-V-E!
Can you even believe she had
them in these Superman onesies!?!
Beautiful Nana, Mary, Mrs. Gingerich
A sister for Kate!  :)))  I love me
some sweet little girls!
Dr. B, his boy and ONE of his girls!
Kelli is my longest, dearest friend...
since before kindergarden.
Even though we each have two sisters,
it's like we are sisters as well.
While we absolutely LOVED having
our first babies nine days apart and
experiencing EVERY single aspect of
pregnancy and first babies together...
it's also cool that we have now taken
turns enjoying our second AND third
at just the right times.  Hank & Ella...
being so perfect and sweet...
were well worth the wait!!!
I love them like they are my own
little baby loves!
Congratulations to my
Best Forever Friend...
 I love you!!!

Thank you, Sweet Jesus, for answering our prayers!

Texas Neuro Part II

Super Hudson & Super Hunter
Robin got Lynna this Superman Snuggie.
It was the BEST gift!
It has not only been used by each of us
to "snuggie" with...but it has
brought LOTS of laughs as well!!!
Enjoying a beautiful November day at
Texas Neuro in Austin with friends & family.
Lynna & Hunter had Trav's beloved
dog Reese with them!  :)
Travis was so happy to have her!
I am sharing a few pictures that I
haven't shared before.
PLEASE do NOT mention these on Facebook.
These pictures are for my children and
me to look back on someday.
They are NOT for all of
my Facebook friends.
 Travis was still very
sleepy at this time and very out of it.  This
happened to be a rather "wakeful"
few minutes when we took these pictures.
God bless his heart...I am having to hold
his head up for him.  The journey he
has been on is just unfathomable.
Travis reaching out to Hudson's tummy was
one of his VERY FIRST responses.
AMAZING.  Thank you, Sweet Jesus.
Just think...doctors at two different
hospitals never believed Travis would wake up.
TRULY A MIRACLE!!!
Scott & Dana
Occupational Therapist at TX Neuro...
Aunt Kitty & Uncle Ron on one of their
many visits.  They have been so
giving to Lynna during all of this.
Trav's sweet girlfriends visiting...
One evening I had to go down to help
Travis in his room.  I came back to
find my kids having a ball with Uncle Calvin!
My beautiful sister and I are closer than EVER
before.  We have talked every single day since
July 25th...usually several times a day.
Not ONCE have I heard her mention
having ANY anger towards God for this.
I think that is quite amazing.
SHE is quite amazing herself.
My kids & I love her so, so much!  :)
Little Huds spent many a weekend at
Texas Neuro...and he was always so good.  :)
Even with Walker doing some
"trick" photography on him!  ;)
It is my deep prayer that my children will
forever be changed by this ordeal.
I believe they have been and will continue to be.
Their hearts are even sweeter
than they were before...
I wish I could erase these days &
memories for all of our sakes, but I can't.
May Walker & Hadlee & even Hudson
be stronger, more compassionate & wiser
people because of all of this.
And, most of all, may they KNOW
the power of God & His healing power
through prayer & the overall Goodness of others.

For You will light my lamp; The LORD my God will enlighten my darkness. You have also given me the shield of Your salvation; Your right hand has held me up, Your gentleness has made me great.  Psalm 18:35

Walker's Football Game at Baylor Stadium!!!

The first weekend in November,
Walker had his last flag football game
of the season.  Look at this PROUD
mama wearing her button!!!
Our team had the privilege of playing their
last game at Baylor Stadium!!!
With it being opening weekend for deer hunting
and really just the last game of flag football
for this one year, AND that it was at BU Stadium,
T-dawg Daddy was not there!  ;)
The Baylor graduate in ME was kinda happy
over that!  I'm just being honest here...
it was kinda nice to get to
honor MY alma mater for once!
This was Big Huds first time to have a
ring pop...in fact, it was sister's that
she didn't want anymore.
(Sometimes you do what you gotta do!)
Hudson pretty much made out with
this ring pop and thought it was
the greatest thing EVER!
My parents bought Hadlee this Baylor
cheer suit a couple of years ago...
she has only gotten to wear it a
couple of times.  Aggie blood runs
very deep in Troy!  Any mention of Hadlee
attending Baylor and he is QUICK
to mention that PaPa and Grandmother
will have to pay.  Well, that pretty
much keeps them quiet!  ;)
Regardless of all that, Hadlee and I
thoroughly enjoyed our day at
Baylor Stadium.  And yes, I had
visions of her being a Pi Phi
and attending (not watching of course)
many BU football games. :)
And even a few dreams of her cheering
for the Bears just like my
beautiful college roomie, Kaye!
(Oh how I loved wearing her
uniform for fun sometimes!!!)

We had a sweet group of boys on our team.
We didn't win too many games, but
they always had fun!
A funny little Baylor Pi Phi, don't ya think?!?
God love her heart...she never complains
about going to everything WALKER!
She just finds ways to occupy herself.  ;)
Remember that Aggie blood I mentioned?
Well, I think it runs even deeper in Walker!
Troy (and I) had to have some serious talks
with Walker about how it was okay to play
a game at BAYLOR Stadium.  "Even the Aggies
have to do it sometimes?".  Oh that BOY!!!
It really was a cool experience and
truth be known Walker loved it!
He played a great game!!!
Notice I didn't dare dress this little man in
Baylor apparel.  I'm not that crazy!
"TOUCHDOWN"
Even though I hope with all my heart for
my boys to be Aggies just like their daddy...
I do hope that Huds has a Baylor girl
kissing on him someday!  ;)
Running off the huge field after
a great game!!!
Jonah & Walker had a blast being
on the same team!
Mike, Walker's classmate & distant cousin,
was there playing tackle football.
Apparently from what I'm hearing out of
Walker, that's NEXT for us, too.  :(
Great season, guys!!!
Walker...I will forever be your #1 fan!
I love how you ALWAYS hustle and
ALWAYS have fun!
You're just so handsome, too!!! :)
