My 37th Birthday Party;)

Hello 37!!!!!!!!

On March 2nd (or as I would say when

I was little..."on your march get 2nd go!",

I turned the big thirty-seven:)

Bring it...I feel as young as ever!

This birthday was so different from last

year.  I cried most of my birthday last

year because I was so sad over Travis.

He was at CNS and I wanted

nothing to do with our regular family

birthday celebration (and didn't)!

BUT this year, Travis is back in Waco...

and I planned my entire "surprise"

party around him being able to be there!!!

AND with these three angel babies,

how could I not be SO happy and

SO thankful for my 37th year on this earth?!?!?

I kept my birthday VERY quiet at

MHS this year...usually the kids know, but

not this year with TAKS being so close

and just trying to keep the calm there;)

But a few of my dearest, nearest knew.

My precious co-teach who has become

one of my dearest, most wonderful

friends has SPOILED me rotten

all.year.long!

My birthday was NO exception!!!

Talk about hookin' a b-day girl UP?!?

At noon I picked up my oldest

and my youngest (Trav & Huds)

and I couldn't have been happier!

After taking Superman to his therapies,

we picked up the REST of the Storm!!!!!!!!!!!

Riding around with these four, reading all of

my many sweet Facebook messages,

and getting calls from dear friends all day made 

for an EXTRemeLY happy birthday girl!!!

THEN I came home to these gorgeous

flowers from the Oakleys!!!!!!!!

T-dawg is more than happy to treat

me to flowers from time to time, but

sometimes (I know this is bad) I tell

him not to...ya know, just put that money

towards my gift!  ha;)

Well, that was the case this year

and to be honest that day I was kinda

regretting it.  Beautiful flowers

ARE such a treat and they really

do bring a smile to my face...

just like Hun Bun, Sweet T

and their littles always do, too!!!!!!!!!!!

such fun & sweet gifts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kelli Kelly, Kimberly Mo and I have

a birthday deal...we send each other

a new pair of earrings on our special days.  Well,

this year Kelli cheated and sent us these

darling necklaces...to represent

the three of us!!!!!!!!!!!!

have left me alll alone in the Lone Star:(

Who do I owe much of my wonderful

37 years to?  My incredible parents of course!!!

I love them with all my heart and soul......

Nothing like having a walking miracle

show up at your "surprise" party!!!

Fuddruckers remains our family spot...

now more than ever since Travis can't

eat.  He sits on the couches and we

take turns eating our food.

LOVE it so much how these two

are such kindred spirits!!!!!

I have always loved my birthday.

I've always felt so reminded of how

many people love me and just

how incredibly blessed I am.............

This birthday was absolutely

NO exception.  Sometimes I am

truly overwhelmed with all the

blessings God has bestowed upon me.

I mean, WHO AM I?, to deserve all this?!?

I can't question it.....

all I can do is thank the Good Lord Above

with ALLLLLLLLL of my heart

many, many, many times a day ~
not just on my birthday but

ALLLLLLLLLL the year long.
