Family Zoo Day ~ March 14, 2012

For many years my sisters, mother and I

would always take the kids to the zoo

on Spring Break.  The first time we did

it was right after our zoo opened...

and that's what my mother wanted for

her birthday ~ for the whole family to go. 

Then we switched to going at

Spring Break.  We've had some

"off" years since some of our

"kids" have become BIG kids with

busy schedules;)  BUT this year,

we were back at it and it was

extra special for obvious reasons....

I love getting pictures of our SEVEN:)

Cameron Park Zoo!!!

We were all admiring the leopard

when we suddenly noticed

Life sure can take a turn from how

you expect or plan it to be.....  :(

But life sure is beautiful no matter what....
