Walker's class had eggs in an incubator & watched them hatch last week! So cool! He was showing me the baby chicks & told me one was named 'Walker Jr.' (Wonder who named that one?)Buddies...
ALWAYS (mis)behaving!?!Cutie pie girlfriend...as in a friend who is a girl!!!Have I mentioned that Walker has the sweetest kindergarten teacher EVER?!?
Have I mentioned that I think I have the sweetest boy in kindergarten?!?
There is something so fun about having a child in kindergarten. Their enthusiasm & innocence is so sweet! I love being a room mom, too! I'm just crazy like that.
P.S. ~ One more official hunt to share ... the Hoodie Hunt! Plus about three more Easter posts after that. Easter is well worth it, wouldn't you say?!?
How cute is he, slidin' into that Egg..:D That cracks me up.
ReplyDeleteSliding...that's just what boys do! They slide into the bathroom, they slide into the kitchen, they slide into their beds, etc., etc. LOL
ReplyDeleteHe's such a cute little fella, and seems to be a great friend to all!
Of course......you just keep posting this Easter goodness! I love Walker's determination! He is going to be tall like you! I think I've lost of track of Walker's "girl" "friends".....is it possible that he's allowed one in each sector of his life......hoodie girl friend, class girl friend etc? I think he's allowed cause he's the cutest thing I've seen. That sliding makes me smile. He gives his ALL and loves every minute of it! That room mom, she sure is cute..... and I bet the kids love her! Can't wait to see the hoodie hunt! Keep it coming-I NEED the smiles!!
ReplyDeleteLove the picture of Walker sliding into the egg-- I mean he was right--sliding gets you there quicker and more efficiently so that you are guaranteed to get that egg!!
ReplyDeleteI think you and Daddy-O are going to have yalls hand full when yalls little ones become teenagers!! Miss Princess is just too cute and Mr. Walker Man is very handsome!!!!
Glad yall had a great Easter!
What a fun hunt! Yes I agree ! Kindergarten is pretty cool! My little guy will be in kindergarten next year. I plan on being a room mom agian! These are the best times. The the younger grades welcome parent help . It seems the older they get the less time they allow you in class :( Great pictures!
ReplyDeleteYes you do... You just fling bunches of bags of candy all over the yard, front, back, side. Where ever. You could even use two yards if you had lots of kiddos and you knew the neighbor... haha I wouldn't suggest throwin' candy in the neighborhood stuffy persons yard.hahaha. We had a blast. And since we had already hunted eggs a few times, it was great to not have anymore eggs around and you don't have to fill eggs and what not.. Girl you should soooo start one up.
ReplyDeleteI loved when Alexander was in Kindergarten! He doesn't do egg hunts at schol anymore or make cute little buckets to collect their eggs in. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to have another in Kindergarten in August because like you said, the children are so fun and innocent and excitable!
I love how Walker somehow incorporates sports into everything he does! Sliding during the Egg hunt? LOL, so funny! That kid is alll boy, just like little Landon!
ReplyDeleteThis is the Walker I know! ha! I can see him slidin' into the eggs. I love the Easter bunny baskets...you go room mom!!! Sweet, sweet picture of the two of you!
