Driver's Ed Graduates!!!!!!!

From 3:00 to 5:00 every week day of June ~

only missing one or two classes for baseball

tournaments.  Many, MANY laughs to 

and from Central Texas Driving School.

These boys did it!!!

"Uncle Jared" gave Hudson some

baseballs signed by some awesome 

TCU and UT players and some others.

SO nice of Jared to think of Hudson

when he was at a TCU camp.  

Hudson loves all of his big brothers...

Walker Dying his Hair BLOND!!!

So next up for Walker's baseball team was 

Missouri!!!!!!!!!!!  RoaD TRiP!!!!!!!!!!!!

The boys were all watching the World Series

and decided they wanted to bleach their

hair for Missouri!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their GoaL:

Troy and I were FLOORED that Walker

wanted to do it...we knew it was crazy

stupid, but at the same time we LOVED

that Walker was stepping outside

his comfort zone and making this

hilarious memory ~ that is really 

harmless!  Wendy and I met to shop

for the supplies.......we had these two 

crazies to help us;)

The Cromies hosted a hair dying party

the week before we left.....

we cooked out, visited, ate

and THEN the festivities began!!!!

Reid went first!!!!

BEFORE...

Once Walker made his decision to go for it,

he was ALL in!!!  I still couldn't believe it.  

Our beloved friend, Esther, came 

over to help us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DURING....

Obviously Reid and Ben had gone first!!!

It took quite a while to get all of them 

done and we were laughing ALL NIGHT LONG!

Each dramatic reveal was a RIOT!

The next thing I knew, THiS kid

was begging to do it, too!!!
He's already my blond boy...

but he wanted to be BLEACH blond!!!

I guess Troy and I had lost our minds

at this point, but we agreed!!!

He and the other little brothers 

all decided to do it, too!!!!

Definitely a night to remember!!!!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And just like that, we had PONYBOY!!!!

Hudson's turned out the BEST!!!

His and Brady's did...probably because

they are both BLOND to begin with;)

Will didn't dye his blond hair!

We laughed so hard all night long!!!

The boys were hardly recognizable!

I loved that he joined his teammates

in something harmless, but I also

love the lesson that it taught Walker...

The next morning I wondered if I had

dreamed all of that;  so I went to check on 

and wake up my boys.............

It was NOT a dream!!!!

Grandmother couldn't wait to come

over and see her BLONDIES!!!!!

I couldn't get over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 The girls called and begged for

Walker and Garrett to come over

so they could see...

 I giggled as I heard the girls

screaming when they saw them!!!!

Walker loved the book The Outsiders

so I just couldn't resist this....
